Problem and Human Resource Development |

Today I am starting to write my thinking and concept what I think about the current management. I have faced many problems and I have observed many problems of my relatives, neighbors, friends and known persons. I have tried to meet the people closely who had a problem. I have tried to find out the reason underlying the problem. Sometimes I had succeeded and sometimes I hadn’t. But I analyzed the problem to solve it. This writing is the evidence of my analysis. |

I think that every problem can be solved by two ways. Suppose, when we are caught by a disease, then the doctor gives us medicine and gives some advices to obey. If we obey that there will have least probability to catch the disease again. One way is, solute the problem before creation of it, prevent the problem when it is going to arise, never give the opportunity to arise the problem. And another way is the solution of the problem after creation of it. The advices what the doctor gives us, if we obey those advices before catching the disease, and then there would have a greater possibility not to catch the disease. This is pre-solution or pre-treatment. If this is not done yet, then whenever the disease has caught, go to doctor and take medicine and again now obey the advice of the doctor. This is post-solution or post-treatment. |

All kinds of problems are like this disease. Disease is also one kind of problem. Problem can be anything which prevents the life to go ahead normally. Problem can be anywhere and any moment. I think most of the problem is created for the mismanagement of the leaders, moderators, guardians, managers...........etc. The first rule of leadership says that, most of the problem even all usually is created because of a leader’s fault. If the leader could take proper step or maintained the system skillfully then the problem could not be created. The word leader doesn’t mean only political leader. It can be in the family, class, office, work-place, association, groups, the whole nation, the whole universe etc... If the leader is skillful then he will lead the system or work skillfully. Any kinds of problems will not be arisen because of his skill. After this any problem is created, he will solve the problem by his skill. All the leader should be much skillful to solve any problem arises in his leading times. She should be much skillful about the pre-solution and post-solution of the problems. All success and failures of the family, groups, works, nation, and universe depends on the leader. Some leader can say that, if I don’t get the environment then it’s not possible to be succeeded. But I say, why don’t you create the environment if you are a leader? And you know what kind of environment do you need? If you don’t know how to create that kind of environment then you don’t have enough skill to be a leader. |

Why the unemployment rate is high in Bangladesh? Why do one is much educated and other is terrorist or unskilled or uneducated in the same family? Why corruption is everywhere? Why is there not any security of life in here? Why some people are going to be rich more and more? On the other hand why some people are going to poor and poorer. I think the reason is only mismanagement of the leader. The family leader can’t create the skilled member. The team leader can’t lead the team efficiently. The education leader can’t lead the institute or education center appropriately. The nation leader can’t lead the country at the right way. The international leader can’t lead the international events neutrally. So why problem will not be created!!!!???? |

Now come to the concept of Human Resource Development ( HRD ). This concept is being used only in the high level organization. But I think this concept should be used in the family, the team, the groups, the education centre, the nation. The developed countries have already used this concept in the all sector. That’s why those countries are now developed. The developing countries are now trying to accept this concept. Bangladesh is a developing country. So Bangladesh should accept this concept fully. But Bangladesh is much behind than the other developing countries like China, India, and Pakistan etc… |

I think the “Human Resource Development” subject is the most valuable one to achieve the organization’s goals. It treats the every employee like an asset of the organization. I think this subject is also important in a family. If a family leader has proper knowledge about HRD. I think there will not be created any problem in his/her family. This is a pretreatment of a problem. I will discuss later elaborately about this. Actually HRD is a pretreatment of problems. |

I have seen that in the most family of the Bangladesh, some sons or daughters are going to be damaged and in the same family one is a well educated and another one is a terrorist or uneducated, and also some are educated but unskilled. What’s the reason underlying this difference? I think this is the failures of the parents or guardians. Some call that one who has been educated, didn’t waste his time and has been able to utilize his time effectively and efficiently and another one who is uneducated, did and didn’t. But I say that the guardians or parents have not been able to treat them effectively and appropriately. In this case it is high time they are taught the subject “Human Resource Development”. In this sense HRD can help as the post-treatment of the problems. |

Family leaders need to know about ‘Human Resource Development’. In every sector of life he faces the problem related this subject. I think if he can effectively and appropriately utilize his family members, one time he will see that all member of his family has become a valuable asset. |

And everyone is now skilled and more skilled. So the family leaders should be human resource developer. In this way the governor or teacher should be the human resource developer. The son or daughter who is now going to be unskilled and is becoming the burden of the family, he or she is an asset, a valuable asset. But this is your fault that you don’t use that asset. The human resource developer obviously should know how to use the human resource. This is a main qualification and requirements of a human resource developer. The HRD says how to use human resource, How to treat human resource. But the subject HRD should be modified according to family environment, team environment, country environment, education centre environment. |

The country Bangladesh is called the country of human capital, a great country of human resource. I am not afraid to have a large amount of population in my country. Moreover I think this is a great gift of Allah to us. We have great resource. There are two kinds of resources, one is human resource and other is all natural resources. The other resource is fixed. But you can increase the human resources gradually. Think a highly skilled human is equal to the many less skilled human. So you can make those less skilled human as highly skilled human. This is called Human Resource Development. One skilled people is the most desirable then the thousands and thousands of unskilled people. The country Bangladesh has much people, but they are not much educated or not skilled. In this sense, Bangladesh can’t be called the country of human capital. It can be called the country of large population. |

I think the problem is, we don’t have a human resource developer. Our leaders, teachers, guardians, managers, moderators, governor are not the human resource developer. We have much skilled people, much fresh blood, much young meritorious but we don’t have a skilled developer, a skilled officer, a skilled governor, a skilled teacher, a skilled guardian, a skilled leader. That’s why the unemployment rate and corruption is going to be high and high gradually, and that’s why the skilled and educated people is becoming unskilled and idle, and then getting damaged. |

The corruption is in the blood of the leaders, teachers, officers, and governor. Their blood is not fresh and it’s not possible now to make their blood fresh. The guardians are not much skilled, how to treat the family members, how to utilize them in a great extent and fully. So skill peoples are not being made. Again the unskilled peoples are taking the leadership. This is a cycle like the bad-cycle of poverty. This cycle can’t be broken down. |

We don’t have skilled people. We don’t have skilled developer. We don’t have skilled teacher. We don’t have skilled governor. We don’t have skilled leader. We don’t have skilled guardian. There is great lack of skilled people in our country. So how can we create skilled people by this unskilled guardian, leader, teacher, developer? What does an asset developer do? How he develops his asset? All the developers are viewing these but they can’t take it as their pathfinder, as their guider. They are blind, despite having two beautiful eyes………….shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I am a student of economics. I think this problem. How this problem can be solved? How can we break that cycle? The only that I have thought that is, exporting human capital in the developed and highly developing countries. We will not be able to change our corrupted blind governor, our ministers. But we can export the human capital. Large amount of exporting of human capital can break the cycle. |

So dear viewers …….whoever you are, if you have any chance to export human capital, this is my great request from our nation, from our unemployed people, please export human capital as much as possible and try best to create more opportunity. If you the educated and well rich people don’t try …….then what will be the future of your innocent child, of your son, of your daughter? Are you will be among the blind people who have beautiful eyes?………shame!!!!!!!!! are you thinking that we are not your actual child, son , and daughter? ….....again shame!!!!!!!!!!!! Because actually you are a real blind. The blind who don’t see by their eyes are better than you blind ……….... shame.blind@!!!!!! |

Now come to the topics of pretreatment of the problems in a family. Family Resource Development (FRD). The subject HRD should be modified into the FRD. this FRD will treat the all members in the family as an asset. But there should some changes in the rules to treat and utilize these assets, because there has been a question of affection and love among the family members and also there has been a question of ethics and family rules and society rules. All the problems in a family create only for the mismanagement of the family leader. He never utilizes the family resource in a great extent, efficiently and appropriately. Every family member may not have the same interest, preference, likings and disliking. And also every family member may not be meritorious. So the family leader should analyze his family resources and should use those resources according to the results of his analysis and should use them effectively and efficiently. Every one has hidden merit and skill. The family leader should have skill to find out that hidden merit and to anticipate the possible problem that may create later and should take appropriate and efficient step as a pretreatment of the problem. All the problems in family usually is created, if the family member are not skilled, not educated, not much aware about the bad effect of the problems. If you know HRD then you will try to make your asset skilled, educated, and conscious and then the problem will be automatically solved. |

So it is clear that the subject Human Resource Development is the most important for the developer. Then the guardians, teachers, leaders, guiders, officers, governor all will be called developer, one kind of asset developer. This is a great position I think in the society. If you develop the asset you will be holder of that asset, this is really truth. A developer gets the most part of the asset than owner. |
